At Reselience, we are committed to providing the best possible experience for our customers. We offer the option to return products within 14 days of receipt, subject to the following conditions:
Return Conditions:

The product must be unused and in its original condition as received.

The outer packaging and all labels must be intact and unopened.

The return must be made using the same delivery method originally used.

Please note: Opened or used products cannot be returned to maintain safety and hygiene standards.
Refund Method:

Refunds are issued via Vodafone Cash.

The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost only.
Partial Delivery:

Partial order receipt is not available. If your order contains multiple items, you must receive the entire order. Individual items cannot be received separately.
