Return & Exchange Policy:

At Reselience, we are committed to providing the best possible experience for our customers. We offer the option to return products within 14 days of receipt, subject to the following conditions:

Return Conditions:

• The product must be unused and in its original condition as received.

• The outer packaging and all labels must be intact and unopened.

• The return must be made using the same delivery method originally used.

• Please note: Opened or used products cannot be returned to maintain safety and hygiene standards.

Refund Method:

• Refunds are issued via Vodafone Cash.

• The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost only.

Partial Delivery:

• Partial order receipt is not available. If your order contains multiple items, you must receive the entire order. Individual items cannot be received separately.

If You Decline a Correct Order:

• If the order arrives as requested but you choose not to receive it, shipping fees must be paid.

If the Order Is Incorrect or Defective:

• If the order is different from what was requested or contains a defect, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and offer the following:
